Determination of Content and Oil Losses in Meal through Palm Kernel Pressing Process at PT XYZ Belawan

This study aimed to determine amount CPKO yield, content, losses during palm process. method used was calculation mass balance each process flow. after collecting secondary data from factory, including analysis water solids, FFA, Based on results, yield 48.10% average rate 714.7155 tons met standard at least 44%. Furthermore, content 7.45% were 3.86%.</p>
